While a toll-free helpline - 08046110007 - was launched on Sunday for people who are facing mental health issues during the lockdown, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare released a guide for the same.
Titled 'Minding our minds during the COVID-19 pandemic' the three-page document proposes various ways to deal with such issues during coronavirus pandemic.
