1.of course we have to study before exams to recall what we have learnt and when we read we can understand a few concepts better ,so studying is essential for earning good grades.there is also a noticeable difference between students who study and don’t.

2.we need good and complete nutrition to be strong and stay healthy.if we receive all the nutrients our immunity system also develops and fights against diseases keeping us healthy. and all the nutrients,roughage,water,etc our body needs is in a healthy food which is why, eating healthy foods is the key to living a healthy life
