A lot of responsibilities have been assigned to us and we must utilize our time in fulfilling those. Wasting time sitting idly and singing sorrowful songs is not the way to go. We should take this life seriously and learn to labour and wait patiently for the rewards. Here, of course, the speaker’s view is understandable and realistic enough.
