The overuse of chemical fertilizers, insecticides and pesticides are used by many farmers for a good cultivation, the farmers from all over the world have started using it since the very first discovery of it. The pesticides such as DDT were used in the 50's of the last century. The use was yielding a good amount of products, but farmers started the overuse and the saw that the percentage of the amount of crop decreased drastically.

The use of the chemical fertilizers, pesticides and insecticides are all good in small to moderate amounts. The overuse will lead to the following problems that are listed below:

1. Loss of natural soil fertility.

2. Loss of the natural water holding capacity.

3. Less production of crops.

4. Harmful chemicals will be in the crop and in the by-products.

Apart from these problems the substances will also be disturbing the chemical composition of the soil. Also, it will harm the Biodiversity of the places near by, because, the water will  be containing the chemicals and the animals drinking the water will get the chemicals in their body. They will reproduce and this will continue for a long time and will make the species evolve with some defects and also the first generation offspring will be harmed and will be seen with some defects.

The nearby plant population will be hampered and the total will lead to many difficulties an problems in HUMAN BEINGS too. The same process will also continue to pollution of different regions.

That is why the most preferred solution for the problem is to use the substances in a less amount and the use of natural fertilizers(manures) must be made a compulsion. The spreading of awareness must also be made mandatory.

HOPE IT HELPS!!! : )
