I have every issue of your  wonderful magazine.  I keep them all and reread them often.  You have done such a wonderful job giving us a true country magazine to enjoy.  You showcase a simpler time and pepper it with very interesting articles.  Reading your publication is a joy.  I start with A Simple Woman Diary (love that) then move on to Pioneer Ways then each home and article.  Then it's time to really study each and every photo (they are always beautiful). I just subscribed to your magazine and received my first issue in the mail yesterday.  Imagine my surprise when I turned to the first article , “A Collector and His Classic Cape”.  I met David Proctor in May of 2012 during the dedication ceremony and placement of a V.A. headstone on the grave of my Revolutionary War era 5th great-grandfather, James Hackett.  David, along with quite a number of local townspeople, joined my family for the ceremony and reception.  Afterwards, he invited a small group of us to tour his wonderful house where he told us all about his pride in the place and his love of the wonderful antiques that he has collected over the years.  He was a generous host that day, and I hoped for an opportunity to see his home again.  Low and behold, there was my wish on the pages of your magazine.  Thank you for this enjoyable article.  It brought memories of a happy day and a fascinating home and owner.
