Explanation:

Since it's a formal letter I chose to write everything from the left hand side except the senders address.This is becoz most of the times students get confused and write from wrong sides.So,I would preferably advice to write everything from the lest side except the senders address.

And keep it in mind that a letter(Formal or Informal)should always have 3 paragraphs.This is necessary for every topic.Some tecahers can reduce Mark's over this circumstance.Therefore,after writing the letter plzz check the format and try to write limited things.
