Mam,

I am sorry to bring to your notice that the trees which are in the hostel garden are cut down unnecessarily. The garden will become empty. The birds and the insect that made the trees as their home will become homeless. The trees are a shelter for them. Even It gives shadow. Most children go their in recess break to spend time with nature. Even the trees cool that place.

Trees should not be cut unnecessarily. I request you to stop these activities. The students will remain grateful to you.
