Respected Sir/ Ma'am

Through your elite newspaper I would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards fraud that is done by e retailing companies named XYZ .

I am a resident of Dehuroad and I ordered a DSLR camera from this company and it gave me defective product.

I have the bill of the product with me. The product has return policy to but the company is not accepting my request to change the product.

I hope that you will look into this matter and solve my problem.
