Dear Manager,

I would hereby bring to your notice that yesterday; I along with my friends had visited your restaurant in the evening. It was a special day for us as it was a reunion of sorts after many years. However, I am very disappointed to let you know that the quality of the food served left a lot to be desired. To begin with, the vegetable soup served had too much salt in it and that too was cold. The starters were also not up to the usual mark as they were too spicy with too much oil. Coming to the main course, which was a combination of both veg and non-veg, but surprisingly, the gravy served in both the items tasted much the same.

The only saving grace of yesterday’s get together was the friendly service, overall ambience and the well-behaved waiters. Just hope, the food served matches up to the service provides, if not better!
