I am writing this to you hoping that you would accept my proposal on setting up a library period for students. Reading books not only enlightens one’s mind but also gives us relief during troubles. Encouraging the students in reading a book is necessary to broaden their minds and ideas. Inculcating this habit requires discipline and repetition. If there is a library period twice a week, one can get into the practice of reading a book without supervision.
