Most humbly and respectfully I beg to say that I'm suffering from high fever since last night. so I'm unable to attend my class from 2nd February to 4th February. So grant me leave for two days , I shall be obliged to you.

I'm student of class 9th in your school. I'm suffering by Typhoid. Our family Doctor has said that I need 2 weeks for treatment. Kindly grant me leave for two weeks
