so, we can replace y as -y

Suppose, we have a point (x,y)

reflection about x-axis results in (x,-y)

so, we get

$-f(x)=\frac{1}{2x-3}$

now, we can negative sign on right side

and we get

$f(x)=\frac{-1}{2x-3}$..............Answer
