Actually I wanted to write this letter mentioning a recent incident that is I was literally fined for not wearing a helmet and I was so embarassed I had to wait for 1 hour convincing the police that it was my mistake for forgetting my helmet and I will definitely wear my helmet the next time .But, the police was not convinced and he fined me. I was so sad about this and I wanted to share this incident with you and wanted to caution you not to forget to wear your helmet while you are going out.I hope you will follow my advice.
