Dear Suman,

Hope you are doing well. I have applied for the position of secretary in the newly opened Drama Club in my school. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

I have already planned my actions. I will be categorising the groups, one for group functions and the other for individual performances. Group will focus on drama and play and individuals will focus on stand up.

Further, I will encourage only quality performances that hold talent. No other students will be entertained in our group.
