Dear Diary

I have had a difficult day. I have been consumed by the thought of Portia getting married to the wrong sort of person. She is a sensible girl, who knows what is right for her and what is not, but then again, I cannot leave anything to luck. What if she gets carried away, marries someone, only to regret her decision? I will have to do something about it. I have decided to set up a casket test. There will be three caskets, but only the one containing her picture will be the right one. The test will keep all shallow people away from her, and only the one who truly deserves her, will be able to crack the test. If she promises to conduct the test, I do not even have to be around to keep her safe. I will have complete peace of mind.
