Subject : Leave of absence Request.

I the kussu student of class 9th A student of your school. I wrote this letter to tell my problem why i absent.

On the date of 10- 09 -2019 i had been absent and not able to come school due to my Grandfather passed away on that day .And I sorry that I didn't inform suddenly about my absence at school about it . Due to this situation I was so busy and i am not able to say inform at school that's why i taken the leave without any information.
