Sir,

I purchased a red ‘washing machine name’, top-loading, washing machine, having a capacity of 6 liters, from your shop on ……………… (date). However, for the past your months, it has been functioning properly.

The water from the spin basket is draining into the washer, while the clothes are being washed. Also the white clothes are getting spots on them. The washing machine is a domestic necessity and may problem with it, causes trouble for us.

I would request you to send across your technician to look into the matter. I would also request you to arrange for an annual maintenance contract to be signed with the company, to prevent any further problems.
