we visited to your hotel 5-6 days earlier. we decided to write a complain letter about your hotel because it was not up to the mark. the showers in the washroom was not workable and was dripping and was in a very bad condition.even we called the waiter he said go to the desk and there also no one was there who can help us out.the room was also not up to the mark it was in a very bad condition no cleaning was done even the bed and table were having spiders on them. it was not what we wanted to, we shifted to another room but the same condition was there too. we went in hotels backyard and ordered some food. the food was staled. there were flies on it. we ordered another plate, the food was not good it was smelly and the cheese was not fresh and the chapatti was too hard, we were fed up and went to the desk and we had to stay in the managers room.the swimming pool was filled with dirty water. the next day we booked another hotel and went there, it was amazing. please keep your hotel as others do.
