Recently, our Librarian from the school St. Josephine, Prayagraj had bought few books in bulk. She had ordered for a freshly shipped & new one. She also made a good payment for that. But, when she opened the package, it totally made her upset. She is deeply anguished about it. Many of the books are not even in condition to be used by the students. Therefore, I, on behalf of the school librarian request you to kindly send us the good one by replacing this package. Let us know, by which date you are replacing the package. Looking forward to your reply on this.
