Dear A B C,

I am writing this letter to you to tell you that the underage driving of vehicles is rising in Punjab.
The children of age 12-15 years are driving vehicles like motor cycle, car etc.

The road accidents are also rising as the children who are driving vehicles focus only on speed and not of the surrounding area. The parents, those give motor cycle or scooty to their children without thinking of their child, put their children's life in danger. The children take the vehicles to roads and highways at full speed. I just want to tell you that do not copy the same and put some focus on my letter. Hope you understand my feeling of writing this letter.
