Dear Sir,

               This letter is written to draft a complaint regarding the rash delivery of a handset which was ordered by me last week and was delivered broken. I, the resident of gulmohar park wants you to redeliver this item by next week with a better quality of handset and the delivery should be smooth. I don't want any damages this time.

                     Hoping for a reply letter soon. I want you to mention the cause for delivering a damaged item. Do take it back and redeliver me a new handset.
