My name is XYZ and I am writing to complain about the damaged goods that I have received from your brand.
I had ordered a pair of hand-crafted terracotta lamps from your online shopping portal last week on 22 Jan 2019. The lamps arrived today afternoon but as soon as I opened the packaging I saw that one of the lamps was broken into several pieces. Either a damaged piece was packed or the lamp broke in transit because the handle of the other lamp also is chipped.
The reviews about the product quality and the customer satisfaction testimonials about your after-sales service are much talked about in my social circle. Perhaps this is the reason why I was utterly disappointed with your brand, because the quality product was very poor, especially because I was planning to gift the lamps to a very dear friend.
Hence, I expect you to kindly look into the matter and send me a replacement for the damaged products as soon as possible. in addition, I also hope you look into the details of the dispatch and delivery of your items so that such accidents can be avoided in future.
