Dear Mr.Addams,

I would like to inform you that our firm, Ali and Ellis have looked into the matter of your registered complaint earlier this week regarding the damaged condition of the cell phone, Samsung Galaxy XX you dropped our F-10 Branch in Islamabad.

We have looked into the matter and it seems that according to your warranty card, on the point of sale you were informed that any damages which are made to the hardware of the product would not be attended to for during the point of sale the customer must do an entire scanning of the device to make sure its not damaged. Furthermore, since a month has gone by after which you filed a complaint there seems not much we can do. Had there been issues with the functioning of the model, any issues in its software or battery life we would have considered an exchange. However, in this case we cannot do much.

We hope to satisfy you with our services,

Apologies for your loss,

Regards,

Alis and Ellis, co.

Dear customer,

In response to your complaint letter we would like to compensate for the damaged goods that were delivered to you. The headphones that you had ordered of Sony priced at 999 INR would be resent to you by the 7th of June 2019.

Please bear with us and we are very sorry for the damaged headphones.
