WRITE A LETTER FROM THE COORDINATOR OF AN IGNOU STUDY CENTRE TO A STUDENT WHO HASN'T RECEIVED HER IDENTITY CARD AND STUDY MATERIAL AND HAS SOUGHT HIS HELP IN GETTING THEM.

Dear ABC,


We received your letter and got to know that you have not received your identity card and study material yet. I apologize for the delay.
I would like to inform you that once a student enrolls with us, there are several formalities that needs to be done before issuing the identity card and study material.
We have completed  the formalities for you and sent you the Identity card by post . You can also download the Identity card from our website and collect the study material from nearest IGNOU Regional center in your area.

It is advised to carry your IGNOU Identity card always , when you visit to our center. Also mention your enrollment number in all the communication going forward.
