Dear Sir,
I Subhash Kashyap, along with my family stayed in your hotel from December 15 to December 18, 2017 in room no. 365 and 366 suites. We had such a wonderful trip and stay in your hotel. Your services were top-notch. However, while packing, I forgot to pack my suitcase, which is in the cupboard in room no. 366. Kindly keep it under your custody as it has my valuable documents including certificates of graduation and post graduation, Adhar Card, Passport, and Cheque Book in it. I am sure your house-keeping department must have submitted it with the security department. You are requested to send it back to me through courier. I will pay all the charges of the postage. I shall be exceedingly thankful for the favour.
