With due respect, this is to inform you that we, the students of the school suffer a lot of inconvenience due to want of some books of our interest. In leisure time we read some story books and by reading them we collect our pleasure and energy. But unfortunately, the collection of story books in our library is not sufficient to meet the demand of all students. Besides this, we want to request you to bring some books of general knowledge and on quiz in our library. It will enrich us. And there are not sufficient books on the reference books too.

Therefore, I shall request you on the behalf of the students to make more variety of books in our library.

With due regards I XYZ of class ___ wanting to request you to arrange more variety of books in the library. Children are fond of reading books in library. From past 2 years we are trading the same books. Our library only have some comic books and novels which are not interesting enough to read. We have told this problem to librarian but he denied ours request. It a humble request to arrange someone interesting story books, novels, Gk books. It not only improves our reading skills but only enhances imagination power. I shall be grateful to you.
