My name is_____________. I am writing this letter to request you to grant us the permission to start a Green Club in middle school.
The major purpose of starting this club is that we, the students of middle school can contribute to the environment and improve its deteriorating condition. As members of this club, students would be conducting activities weekly. All the activities would be aimed at increasing the greenery in and around the school. Students across middle school would be invited to plant more saplings in and around the school and ensure their healthy growth. Members would also work towards ensuring that the school premises are not littered and campaigns based on the same would be conducted at regular intervals.
