Through the esteemed columns of your newspaper, I want to bring in light the inconvenience caused by the traffic jams in our area. Also the objective of this letter is to urge concerned authorities to take appropriate actions.
Efficient traffic system makes our journey convenient . The traffic police maintains the traffic rules and traffic signals maintains the efficiency of traffic. But an inefficient traffic system doesn't makes our journey convenient. In our area, we face a lot of problems due to inefficiency of traffic signals and traffic jams. The working people and school going children have to face this problem daily. They are unable to reach their destination on time. The traffic jams are increasing day by day . The roads are blocked for more than 5 or 6 hours a day due to inefficiency of traffic signals and absence of traffic police. People don't follow traffic rules which sometimes causes major road accidents.
