Sir,
I placed an order for 2 computers and 2 printers from your electronic shop on 5th February 2020. The consignment was delivered to me on 9th February 2020. However, after installing the computers and printers in my office, I was surprised that they are not working properly.
This is unfortunate as I expected quality products from your popular shop. Therefore I request you to replace the defective computers and printers. The receipt of my purchase and the warranty card for one year are enclosed.
I shall be grateful to you if the replacement is done as soon as possible because I am falling behind with some important official works.
