This letter is to inform you about the delivery of goods at wrong address. I had ordered some electrical goods from your company on 15th March, 2021 for our hotel having bill number 24336. Today I received a message stating that my order has been delivered but I did not receive the order yet. When I called your company, I found out that my order has been delivered to a wrong address.
Therefore I request you to deliver my order to the correct address as soon as possible or arrange for the refund as soon as possible.
