I'm writing this letter to make you aware about the quality of products. I recently brought a pair of shoes and practically wearing them, I realized that the quality and the size of the shoes were not satisfying me. They were chewing up my big toe.
After some days, the sole detached completely. Therefore, now I would kindly like to request you to refund me in accordance with the warranty period or else exchange the shoes. Hoping for a positive response!
