Dear Sir,
I, Mr Sunil, had ordered some books from your store last week. The order arrived yesterday and I was upset to see that some pages are missing from two of the six books that I ordered.. I am writing the details below.
1. The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown pages 68--75 and 193--224 are missing
2. Time of my Life by Cecilia Ahern pages 53 -- 58, 103--106 and 153--156 are missing.
Kindly arrange for the books to be replaced as soon as possible.
