Dear Sir

Sub: Pirated book

I had purchased the book ‘Chasing the Dream’ from your book shop yesterday (invoice XX4578). Upon taking it home and reading, I came to realise that it had so many printing errors and mistakes. On closer examination of the Publisher’s page, it was found to be pirated copy of the original, published by Wing Books.

Since I am currently out of station, I will be able to return the book only by 26.4.2019 and I expect to get a full refund.

I also request you to check in detail the books you get from your suppliers, before they are kept on display for sale.

Thank you.

Yours sincerely

Answer:

Hello Sir/Madam

I recently bought a book from you, and I later found that it is the pirated version of the original.

I would want to know did you intentionally sell me a pirated copy, or you yourself are ignorant enough to keep pirated copies in your bookstore.

Whatever the reason is, I would return the pirated copy and expect an original one instead of that.

Please do the needful at the earliest, otherwise I would go to the consumer forum.

Thanking you.
