I am Preeti Puri, a resident of Tarn Taran, which is about 180 km away from your store. I am writing to complain about my laptop which I bought from your store on 16th July, exactly 7 days ago, and which is not working at all now.
I had used the laptop for about a week, and then it stopped working all of a sudden. I was working 2 to 3 hours per day in it to finish an important assignment. But yesterday, when I turned on the laptop to do my work it did not respond.
