Subject: Complaint regarding unsatisfactory customer service in your      service center.

          On 11.11.19, I have visited your service center for repair of my new Mi mobile which was purchased 15 days back. I have booked this mobile through online. On receipt of my mobile I have switched on it and I have loaded some necessary apps.

 While loading an app suddenly a blank screen appeared on my mobile and My touch pad also not worked. On the same day I have visited your service center. After waiting in queue for 1 hours i was allotted to a technician and he has verified my mobile and stated that it is a software problem. When I informed that it is brand new mobile, he stated that there is no guarantee for electronic item and also not guiding me well.

          He refused me simply and asked to return the mobile through online only. The way he spoke to me and dealing a customer is not satisfactory. I request to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.
