Three months ago, I have opened a saving account with your bank. While opening the account, I have mentioned that I want a cheque book also. I received the ATM card, pa*ssword for Internet banking within 15 days. But, cheque book was not sent. After 20 days, I went to the concerned branch, where the bank official asked me write an application requesting for issue of cheque book. I completed the process. But, one month has passed and I am yet to receive the cheque book. It is not possible to make all the payments through cash. It is also very tedious for me go to ATM to withdraw the huge amount of money. I am a working woman and have other responsibilities too. I do not have time to come to bank only to file a complaint or fill the application for cheque book. It has been a long time. It is really very disappointing that bank is taking so much time for issue of cheque book. I request you to lo ok into the matter and have the cheque book issued soon.
