Sir:

I wish to state that on June 20, 2020 I purchased Hot Wheels Cars and Magnetic Dart Board from your shop for my niece as birthday gift.

At the time of purchase I was told the product was of high quality. I was really very excited about the product.

However, when my niece played with them, she found it not up to the mark; The car’s wheels are stuck; they don’t rotate. The magnet in the board is very weak. It does not hold darts at all. I feel I have wasted my money by buying these toys. Kindly replace them or have all the faults fixed.
