Subject: Complaint for defective toys.
Respected sir,
I am writing to you to convey my disatisfaction on the products that I bought from your shop. Recently, I bought a Hot Wheels Cars and Magnetic Dart Board on 21st June 2020, from your shop.
The products are sold saying that they are of good quality, but it came to be defective. The Hot Wheels Cars is broken and magnets in the Magnetic Dart Board is not working, the magnetic power is low.
I would like you to replace the toys with good one and as promised of good quality or please refund the money. Awaiting your early reply.
