Mr. Brooks,
I, Renley Adams, a client of this travel agency am writing this letter to you to make a complaint against Mr. Fred Shield, who works as a travel agent at your agency. I would like you to take strict action against him and would want a sincere apology from his side.
Mr. Shield booked me and my wife to the wrong Euro Rail pass on our Europe trip from which we returned last week. We had booked a 3 trip pass at your agency but we were booked for a 2 trip pass, which resulted in added expenses and a lot of embarrassment at the train station. Both of us boarded a train without purchasing a ticket, thinking that we were within the Euro rail limit and had to de-board in between the journey. I would like for you to adjust the expenses that we had to additionally pay and then sort the matter with Mr. Fred Shield.
I hope you will look into this matter seriously.
