Subject:- Complaint against a received damaged plasticware

I regret to inform you that the tea-table that we bought from your shop on 9th November 2020 is not in proper condition. To be precise:-

▪It has a scratch mark on one of its arms

▪ The colour is not the one which we had chosen, rather it's looking faded.

▪ The design of one of its arm-wheel is completely different from the other three, I guess that's a mistake made by workers while joining the parts!

As the table is in the same condition at which you delivered, so I request you to refund of my money or to replace it. Looking for a cooperation from your end.
