Dear (Name),

I am deeply pained to inform you that my father is no more. As you know he was convulsing at home after a two-month-long stay at hospital for treatment of his heart-trouble. Till a day before his death last night at ____________ (time), he was looking well on his road to recovery.

But alas! Last night he suffered a stroke again and this was his third, and before we could call a doctor, he just expired and left us wondering whether life could ebb out like that?

I don’t know what more to write as my pen is just failing me.

Yours Sincerely,

Dear Atul,

I was shocked to learn of the ultimately demise of your father. He seemed so lively and happy, when I last met him. It is unbelievable to think that he is no more with us. Your loss is indeed irreperable, for nothing in the world can fulfill the vacuum created by the untimely death.

I am deeply grieved and offer my sincere condolence on your great bereavement. I have no words to express my profound sorrow and anguish. In such difficult times we despair, but death is the ultimate truth, which we have to accept. According to the Bhagwat Gita, 'For whatis born death is certain, and for the death birth is certain. Therefore grieve not over that what is unavoidable.' So please do not lose heart. His memory will always guide and inspire us.

I pray to God to give you the strength, to bear this loss. My his great soul rest in peace.

Yours lovingly,

John
