Dear sir,
Due to some problem in her chest my mother was admitted in RN Tagore hospital. Before a week I took a library book named The house in fog by Gnid Blyton but due to this incident in my house sir I really forgot to submit and due to this incident many relatives came and my little cousin sister took the book and teared al the pages sir if you dont I will submit the money in the office with an application and from next it will not happen sir.

Sir, pls leave me this time I convey that it will not happen again its my responsibility.
