Our school is planning a trip to xyz from 16,oct2019, to 23rd Oct 2019,and we wish to book our accommodation earlier. In this regard we wish to know the availability of double occupancy donatary accommodation for seventy students and five staff. We would like vegetarian meals. We would like to know the cost of the accommodation and meals. Please furnish all other details at the earliest so that we could go ahead with other arrangements.
