Subject-Inconvenience caused by late delivery of letters

Respected Sir,

I regret to inform you about the late delivery of the letters in the Babuganj area by your postmen. I have been receiving all my important letters and documents later than the delivery dates. Your postmen only visit the Babuganj area during odd hours, that too once or twice a week. It is very hard for me and my neighbors to receive our letters, important papers, and money on time.

One of your postmen gave my confidential letter to an unknown neighbor last week. Luckily, I was able to get it back but I had to face a lot of inconvenience and problems. I personally spoke to the postman and asked him to hand the letters directly to the respected person but instead, he acted rudely and ignored my comments.

I request you to appoint a new postman for the Babuganj area while focusing on the problematic issues I’ve mentioned in my letter. Please look into the matter.
