Sir:
I write this letter to your esteemed self to request you to increase the number of buses going to the University. The few buses that are plying from various routes are not sufficient. Many students reach the University late and miss their important classes. Other passengers also use these buses. Girls especially face a lot of inconvenience. So keeping in mind the above mentioned problems, I on behalf of all the University students who commute by buses, appeal to you to increase the number of buses to University. We, the students shall be grateful. Thanking you.
Yours truly,

Dear Sir,
This letter is to bring to your notice to increase the number of University special buses for different routes of the city. This is because we have many students coming from various areas that are not well connected to the university by public transport.
In some areas, there is limited bus transport and some others do not have a direct bus to the university area. Either way, the students are finding it difficult to commute to the University.
I request you to make arrangements for additional buses to ply to these areas for the benefit of our students.
Regards,
Kishore
