Dear Madam:
Respectfully I wish to state that I am a student of XI Medical. I on behalf of almost most of the students request you to open a canteen at the school and install a new water coolers. Many student feel the need of canteen in the school. Not all the students bring tiffin to school; besides, in summer and winter, students also feel the need to refresh themselves with a cold or hot drink. Besides, the stationery articles kept at the canteen prove really helpful to students. Most of the schools allow canteens in their premises. The shortage of water coolers causes lots of crowd at the few water taps. Besides, in summer season, children love to drink cold water. I am attaching the petition for your perusal I hope you will give a serious thought to our request.

Respected Sir,
I want to invite your kind attention to the problem of drinking water in the school. In this hot summer season, the students are unable to get water. Only the other day, the students fainted because of the thirst. The teacher had to arrange bottled water for them. The school, at present, does not have water coolers to supply cold drinking water. Providing water coolers at appropriate places in the school would greatly solve this genuine problem.
I request you kindly look into the matter at once and provide water coolers. We shall all be obliged for early action in the matter.
