My son XYX is studying in your school in class v. He is very intelligent and hardworking boy and always stood first in his class . He has shown bright records in all examination. He always take part in co curriculum activities and always stood first. I want him to continue his studies from your school. My financial condition is not good . My salary is very low and I have to take care of my 2 other children also. So it is very hard for me to meet the particular minimum household expenses in this salary.

I am, therefore, not in a situation to pay the school fee for my son. Kindly grant him full concession in fee. I will remain highly obliged for your this kindness.

subject-request for fee concession.

my name is .... and i am student of class 8 E of this school.My roll number is 61 and my registration number is4561.

i am sorry to say that my father has not been able to pay the second semester fee so far due to some aviodable reasons.
the last date to pay the school fee for the second semester is tomorrow i.e.27dec which happens to be a holiday .Since,this is an extended weekend and will be followed by christmas holiday ,the school will not reopen until 1 januray 2019 .
may i please request you to extend the last date to pay the school fee without any fine by two weeks ?
my father will have received his salary by 31 dec 2018 and will pay the fee as soon as the school reopens on2 january 2019 .
