I am the citizen of New Delhi .l request you to take strict action against the breaking of traffic rules. Because the people of my area are finding a major problem while walking on footpath as the bike riders try to pass the traffic by using footpath .
The traffic rules are not followed so I want you to put someone who is strong as a traffic police here.
