Respected Sir,
It is to inform you that sadly for the past two weeks it is noticed that foul smelling water has been flowing into the lake, which has been causing distress amongst the people residing in the associated colony.
From the polluted water, germs may spread and deteriorate the health of the people residing in the society. This has been creating constant trouble among adults and children.
I would, therefore, request you to take necessary actions as soon as possible as we are in dire need of hygienic conditions. Awaiting your quick response.
