We are in receipt of the three cases of plastic buckets on day before yesterday along with your letter to refund the amount of Rs. 45000 cost of these buckets.
In this matter we like to inform you that as per the policy of the company we can’t accept any returning of goods after a passé of three months from the date of supplying the goods. We had supplied you these buckets more than six moths before, so as per the policy we can’t accept these buckets now.
We are grateful for the business you have given to our company and are proud to have you as one of our valued customers. We are sorry that we are not in a position to accommodate you in this matter. We hope you will understand our position in a right spirit.
